‍Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab September 2026 eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Türsteher:in in Voll- oder Teilzeit, die unsere Gäste professionell, aufmerksam und souverän empfängt. Wenn du Freude an Musik, Karaoke und Clubkultur hast und gerne Verantwortung am Einlass übernimmst, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung.

‍Arbeitsbedingungen

• 3–4 Schichten pro Woche
• Ca. 25–30 Stunden pro Woche
• Schichtdauer: ca. 8 Stunden
• Arbeitstage: Montag bis Sonntag
• Schichtbeginn: ab 18:00 Uhr oder 20:00 Uhr

‍Deine Aufgaben

• Freundliche, aber bestimmte Begrüßung und Einlasskontrolle der Gäste
• Sicherstellung eines geordneten Ein- und Auslasses
• Aktives Gestalten der Gästestruktur – du entscheidest, wer reinkommt
• Ansprechpartner:in für Fragen rund um Reservierungen
• Unterstützung von Gästen mit besonderen Anforderungen (z. B. eingeschränkte Mobilität)
• Überwachung des Eingangs- und Außenbereichs
• Sicherstellen der Sicherheit von Gästen und Team im Club
• Deeskalation von Konfliktsituationen und, falls notwendig, Begleitung von Gästen nach draußen
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Garderobe, Kasse, Foyer-Team)

‍Das bringst du mit

• ‍Durchsetzungsstarkes, deeskalierendes Auftreten
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Freundliches, gepflegtes und souveränes Erscheinungsbild
• Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
• Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit

EXPERIENCED SECURITY WANTED

‍We are looking for a motivated Security (full-time or part-time) to join us starting September 2026. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them in a professional, attentive, and confident manner. If you enjoy music, karaoke, and club culture, and like taking responsibility at the entrance, we'd love to hear from you!

‍Working Conditions

• ‍3–4 shifts per week
• Approx. 25–30 hours per week
• Shift length: approx. 8 hours
• Working days: Monday to Sunday
• Shift start: 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM

‍Your Responsibilities

• ‍Welcome guests in a friendly but confident manner and manage admission
• Ensure an orderly flow of guests entering and leaving the venue
• Shape the guest mix by making admission decisions
• Answer guest questions regarding reservations
• Assist guests with special needs (e.g. reduced mobility)
• Monitor the entrance and surrounding outdoor area
• Help ensure the safety of guests and staff throughout the venue
• De-escalate conflicts and, when necessary, escort guests out of the venue
• Work closely with other departments (cloakroom, cashier, and front-of-house team)

‍What We're Looking For

• ‍Confident, assertive, and calm approach to conflict resolution
• Good German and English language skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
