EXPERIENCED BARTENDER WANTED

‍Join our dynamic, diverse international team at Monster Ronson’s Ichiban Karaoke Bar in Friedrichshain! We're seeking skilled and motivated bartenders to join us starting September or October 2026.

‍Position: Midi Job (25h/week)

‍Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude
• Serve guests promptly and professionally
• Keep the workspace clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth operations
• Rotate through various roles, including bartending, cloakroom, cashier, service, and runner

‍Requirements

• Valid work authorization and necessary documentation
• Experience in gastronomy, especially in bartending and cocktail making
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor towards guests
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stay focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness and order
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work
• Self-motivation and a drive for improvement and innovation
