DOOR / SECURITY STAFF WANTED

Monster Ronson’s Ichiban Karaoke in Friedrichshain is looking for a new person to join our door team.

We’re looking for someone confident, calm and reliable, with a good physical presence and a natural way of dealing with people. You should be able to hold your ground when necessary, but also know that good door work is about communication and de-escalation, not aggression.

Previous door or security experience is a plus, but not essential if you’re the right person.

Good German and English required.

Midi Job 25h/week · evenings & nights · 3–4 shifts per week

This is a regular employment position, no freelancers or security companies.

Monster Ronson’s Ichiban Karaoke in Friedrichshain sucht Verstärkung für unser Tür-Team.

Wir suchen jemanden, der selbstbewusst, ruhig und zuverlässig ist, eine gute körperliche Präsenz hat und gut mit Menschen umgehen kann. Du solltest dich durchsetzen können, wenn es nötig ist – gleichzeitig geht es an unserer Tür vor allem um Kommunikation und Deeskalation, nicht um Aggressivität.

Erfahrung an der Tür oder im Security-Bereich ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss, wenn du zu uns passt.

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind wichtig.

Midi Job  25 Std./Woche · abends & nachts · 3–4 Schichten pro Woche
