RIP Lyndsey Cockwell

 Lyndsey Cockwell  1970 - 2017

Our dear friend Lyndsey Cockwell has passed away. Lyndsey brought her amazing Berlin Pop Choir to Ronson's 7 years ago, and we watched them grow from a small group of 30 or 40 singers to a giant choir of 150+ people. We watched the choir grow and they watched us grow. We're honored to have had hosted so many of their unforgettable performances, with Lyndsey performing some songs of her own, as she also did on our BYOC open mic nights. She was a regular singer at our Blue Tuesdays - she made those nights what they were, by bringing together a group of singers, who then became a group of friends. She gave us all so much love through her unending passion for music and singing. Thank you Lyndsey, for the music and the memories!

7 wundervolle Jahre warst Du und der Berlin Pop Choir zu Gast bei uns im Monster Ronson's. Wir haben zusammen gesungen, gelacht und gefeiert. Wir sind erschüttert und unendlich traurig, deine Stimme und dein Lachen nicht mehr zu hören. Für immer in unseren Herzen und ein Karaokemonster, liebe Lyndsey Cockwell! Farewell

Tonight's Blue Wednesday (2.8) is dedicated to Lyndsey. From 20:30 until 22:00 the event will be a private memorial, just for friends of Lyndsey. After 22:00, it will be open to the public. We hope to see you there <3
